Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Digoape Creative Agency. We aim to ensure satisfaction with our digital services while maintaining fair policies.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided only in special cases where no major work has been completed.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Payments are non-refundable for:
- Work already started or partially completed
- Delivered digital items (designs, files, concepts, content)
- Third-party expenses (ads budget, hosting, domain, printing, software tools)
- Delayed approvals or lack of response from client side
3. Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued only if a project is cancelled at an early stage. Costs for time & resources already utilized will be deducted.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via:
- Email
- WhatsApp message
6. No Performance Guarantees
Marketing and design outcomes such as sales, leads, engagement, views, and results depend on multiple external factors and are not guaranteed.
