1. Services

We provide:

Branding and identity design
Social media management and content creation
Website development and UI/UX design
Paid advertising campaigns
Graphic design, photo/video editing, and commercial content

2. Project Workflow

All projects start after:

Requirement discussion
Advance payment confirmation
Resource and timeline planning

Project timelines may vary depending on feedback, revisions, and communication response time.

3. Payments

Work begins only after advance payment
Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery
Pricing may vary depending on scope and service type

4. Revisions

We provide revisions based on the agreed plan. Excess revisions will be chargeable.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Final project files are delivered only after full payment.
Digoape retains rights to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless confidentiality is requested.

6. Communication

All official communication must happen via:

Email
WhatsApp
Signed/approved documentation

Verbal or unofficial discussions are not considered commitments.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Platform-based failures (Meta, Google, hosting downtime, hacked accounts, etc.)
Ad performance, sales results, or return on investment
Data loss due to third-party tools or user negligence

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Payments already made are non-refundable, except where partial refund eligibility applies.

9. Legal & Dispute Resolution

Legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh, India, through arbitration.

Using our services confirms that you agree to all terms above.
